Stratford Upon Avon District Council along with Stratford Town Council asked the Royal Shakespeare Company, who are based in Stratford, to lead on the development of a new cultural strategy for the area.
Our consultancy is working closely with Royal Shakespeare Company and Stratford Town Bid team to develop a new cultural strategy involving a range of strategic advisories and set of administration and research services.
Planned to be finished by May 2025 we have helped leading partners to understand what arts and culture means for the area and how a strategy play a role in community and economic development.
